Transcripts will not be verified, signed and final until mid-June. If you completed the senior survey, you do NOT need to request that your final transcript be sent. The guidance office uses the senior survey responses to send final transcripts.

Congratulations to the Lady Wildcats as they advance to the State Softball Tournament.  Their first game will be Tuesday at McKnight Park in Murfreesboro at 5:30.
They will also play Wednesday at 11:30am.  If you child wants to attend, they will need to turn in a parent note tomorrow allowing them to leave after 1st block on Wednesday.  This will mean the student will take their 2nd block test on Tuesday; therefore the need for the parent note tomorrow  as opposed to turning it in Wednesday.

    Last Day of School

Wednesday is the last day for students.  If your student has all of their work complete, they can be dismissed after 2nd block from homeroom, provided they turn in a parent note to their homeroom teacher giving them permission.  Buses will run at their normal time.

We will not be accepting dismissal notes through Skyward on Wednesday due to the volume and homeroom teachers collecting notes for their students.

    Student Council

Students, are you interested in student council for next year?  If show, click on the link below.

  • Saturday is graduation day!  It is a time to celebrate the accomplishments of the Class of 2022.  As we move closer, I ask that you be vigilant of the weather that is forecasted.  If by chance we have to move inside, each family is allowed only four tickets.  Please begin to think about who that may be if needed.   We will make that determination closer to Saturday and I will communicate by email.

At this time based on the forecast I see, we will not be inside so all guests are welcome to attend.  I would suggest bringing some water as it looks to be 90 degrees and sunshine.

We will have the graduation ceremony live streaming.  You have to create a free account to view.

Attached is a map for ADA parking and seating.  Please be aware that both are first come and first serve.

We are asking graduates be at school at 12:30. The gates to the football field will open at 1:00 pm.   You may bring chairs and sit around the track or may sit in the bleachers.

We look forward to celebrating the Class of 2022 and cant wait to see you there!

Ms. Ray was nominated for a teacher appreciation cruise from Norwegian, but the better part of the nomination is that our theatre department could potentially win $25,000. This will go to some much needed repairs and equipment upgrades for the theatre. I'd appreciate a vote if you have a chance and so would the students.

Two of our students volunteered their time to rejuvenate the WC on the front lawn. Ethan Joki 11th and Will Hager 9th dug out the old wooden posts around the WC sign, placed new metal posts that won’t rot, and spread gravel to make it look nicer and then painted the WC.  It looks great so you see them please tell them thank you.

Please join me in congratulating Maggie Donovan! Maggie, a Sophomore, created a white charcoal drawing on black paper. The drawing titled Dasein was chosen for the Tennessee Tech art exhibition's most prestigious award!

This was a self portrait reflecting on adolescence and growth through the eye of the High School experience.

Maggie will receive a $1,000 scholarship to the School of Art, Craft & Design at Tennessee Tech University for her hard work!  This piece was also created in part during the Evening of the Art!
